About me
Hello, I’m Beccy. I’m a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist. I am passionate about supporting people through life’s more difficult moments. I understand that reaching out for help can feel like a big step, so I aim to offer a calm, welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement.
I work with people experiencing bereavement, anxiety, stress, and the emotional impact of illness, including cancer and dementia. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and tailored to you as an individual.
Before retraining as a therapist, I spent many years working in education, which deepened my understanding of people’s different needs, backgrounds, and life experiences.
My aim is to help you feel more at ease, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and emotional wellbeing, at your own pace.
